Lavender Cake

Ingredients for the Cake
245 g flour
225 g butter
1 tbsp. baking powder
½ tbsp. baking soda
½ tbsp. salt
½ tbsp. cinnamon
115 g honey
½ tbsp. dried lavender flowers
115 g sugar
3 eggs
110 gr sour cream
Method
Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. In the mixer, beat the butter with the sugar and honey until fluffy. Then beat the eggs in a cup, add them to the butter mixture and stir until well incorporated. Add the flour, alternating with sour cream until all the ingredients are well combined. Add the lavender flowers and mix carefully. Pour into the baking form and bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool in the form for 10 minutes and then unmold.
Ingredients for the Icing
20 ml of lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
100 g powdered sugar
Method
Mix all the ingredients until a creamy consistency is reached. Spread over the cake and let it pour over the edges.
