Returns Policy

In case you wish to return the products you bought because you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied, you have the right to do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Before proceeding with your return, please fill out the online return form. The consumer must inform with his return statement about how he will return the product to our company. It is clarified that the returned product in any case must be in its original condition and be accompanied by the receipt or the sales invoice. In this case you will be charged only with the cost of returning the products. The company is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the products during the return process. Immediately after receiving the returned products and after we make sure that their packaging is in excellent condition and that the product has indeed been sold by our company, our representative will contact you so that we can agree on the way you like to return your money, within 14 days from the return of the product to our company. If you want to cancel the order after the completion of the online order and before sending the products, contact us through info@lavandia.gr and your order will be cancelled.

In case of defective product or error in the order, the return cost is covered by our company.

Products are shipped within 1-4 business days from of receiving the order.

In case of unavailability of a product, we will contact you by phone to modify the order if you wish,  or to execute it when the product is available.

The below costs may be adjusted as they depend on the courier company’s pricing policy.

The arrival time in the majority of cases is 1-4 working days from delivery to the courier company.

Orders from € 30 and above are shipped free of charge.

For orders under € 30, shipping costs are € 3.
