Lavender & Rosemary Ribeyem p
A simple but very tasty meal!
- 2 Ribeye steak
- ½ tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoon lavender
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
In a small bowl combine the herbs with the salt. Add the olive oil and mix.
Rub both side of the steak with the mix and then crack a bit of black pepper on both sides.
Bake on the BBQ or in a well-preheated grill.
Remove the steaks and leave them on a plate covered with foil to rest 5-10 minutes before cutting.
